It is essential that you are in good physical condition and capable of participating in the exercises. If you are currently injured, ill, or have a history of injury, I strongly advise you to consult a physician before commencing any exercise or stretching regimen within the FLEX GOALS sites.
Like any exercise program, there are inherent risks to your health and safety when following stretching and conditioning routines provided on the FLEX GOALS sites.
Any form of exercise carries the potential for injury if not performed correctly, and FLEX GOALS is no exception. There is a risk of injury associated with the exercises in this program, particularly if they are executed with poor form. It is strongly recommended to begin any stretching exercise with a proper warm-up, execute movements gently and thoughtfully, and conclude with a cool-down and recovery period after each workout. Although detailed instructions are provided for each exercise, it’s important to acknowledge that, like any exercise program, there is a risk of injury associated with the exercises demonstrated on the FLEX GOALS sites.
While the content of the FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND program has been thoughtfully designed by Anna Isabella Noël Mitzinger, an experienced athlete and Flexibility Instructor, it’s important to note that Anna is not a licensed medical care provider. Therefore, the content within the FLEX GOALS sites should not be construed as medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health issues, nor is it meant to substitute the guidance of a physician.
Always consult with your physician or a qualified health professional regarding any health concerns. By engaging in this program, you accept full responsibility for your actions.
The content on this website, especially video materials, has been created with the utmost care and dedication to help and support you. We kindly ask that you use this website responsibly. Please remember that sharing, distributing, or reproducing any content without the founder’s written permission is not allowed.

The purchase of digital products on the “FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND Website” is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.
The FLEX GOALS Website offers the purchase of digital products such as flexibility video courses, video workouts, images, PDF-documents and other digital contents. By purchasing digital products on the FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND Website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or you have your parents’ or legal guardians’ permission to make purchases) and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all products purchased or to be purchased on the FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND site. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by Anna Isabella Noël Mitzinger, founder of FLEX GOALS.
In case you are not redirected back to our website after purchase, you can immediately contact us with your transaction details through which the payment was made. We will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
All purchases made on FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made, please contact us and together we will find a solution.
All digital products, videos, pdf downloads and online content are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person.
All transactions for purchase of digital products, such as videos, pdf downloads and other digital content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
In case you are not redirected back to the FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND website after purchase or you have any trouble accessing your courses, you can immediately contact us stating your username, email address and transactional details, including the payment ID through which the payment was made. We will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
All transfers conducted through FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. All payments are managed by a third party payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal). All payment amounts are represented in USD.
We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings on the FLEX GOALS sites* without prior notice.
Billing Terms
1.1 The FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND website offers a subscription-based service with digital products such as videos courses, workouts, images, PDF-documents or other digital content forms.
1.2 All purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

1.4 Subscription prices & plans may differ depending on your location or place of purchase.
1.5 The subscription fee will apply regardless of how much or how often you access or use your subscription.
2.1 Courses purchased directly from the FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND website are managed and billed by Anna Isabella Noël Mitzinger, the founder of FLEX GOALS.
2.2 All purchases on FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND are processed securely via third party payment gateway providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. You must refer to their terms and conditions for additional information.
2.3 All transactions are handled over SSL and are PCI-Compliant. Your credit card details will not be stored by FLEX GOALS.
2.4 By clicking “Enroll now,” “Sign up” or “subscribe now” you purchase a membership that allows you to view protected digital products such as video courses, images, PDF-documents and other digital content on the FLEX GOALS ON DEMAND website.
Each digital product sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person. Customers are advised to use a strong password, to ensure the security of their account.
The subscription is billed monthly and allows you to view the purchased products as many times as you want. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel.
3.1 To get access to your subscription, payment must be made at the time of purchase, regardless of any trial period.
3.2 Subscriptions will be auto-renewed on the first day of your next billing period, usually monthly.
3.3 You must notify us of any change to your Payment Method. Otherwise, we will assume your Payment Method is correct and will continue to bill fees and charges relating to subscription renewal by your nominated Payment Method.
3.4 If any fees billed to your account are not processed for any reason your subscription may be suspended until payment is made in full.
3.5 We reserve the right to change the fees for all our products from time to time. These price changes will not affect your current, but only future billing periods. You will be informed about price changes as your subscription renews. In that event, you can cancel your license or renew it & automatically accept the new price.
4.1 There may be special offers, discounts, trials or vouchers from time to time directly through FLEX GOALS. Discount codes may be offered to you directly through the FLEX GOALS Website, via email or through @theannbellnoel social media channels.
4.2 Any trial offers will automatically rollover to a paid subscription unless canceled at the end of the promotional period, or unless otherwise stated.
5.1 Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel.
5.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your next billing period, you will be charged for the next billing period. After cancellation, you will keep your status as a “member” of the website, but you will not be able to view protected content any more. If you’d like to delete your profile, please contact us.
5.3 To cancel your subscription, login to your account and go to “MY ACCOUNT” > “MY PROFILE” > “SUBSCRIPTIONS”> “ACTIONS”. Then click “cancel”.
If you have difficulties cancelling yourself, click here and send us an email from the email you registered with stating your full name, adress, username, transaction ID and the subscription you wish to cancel. We will cancel your subscription for you within 48 hours.
5.4 We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscriptions, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so. If you have any questions about your subscription, please contact us via email and together we will see if you can discuss a solution.
5.5 If we have to take action to collect any unpaid fees from you, you will pay all costs (on a full indemnity basis) incurred in doing so.
